2.30 to 3:00 PM: Penalty Cross Bar Challenge

5:00 PM: Tournament ends
5:00 to 6:00 PM: Reception in Harris Suite
6:00 to 9:00 PM: Dinner and Program in Harris Suite

Getting There/Parking
Address: Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS. Nearest tube: Fulham Broadway (5 mins)
Drop off/Collection Point: Stamford Gate (by Millennium Copthorne Hotel) W3W: taker.river.daisy
Parking: There is a car park under the hotel (Millennium Copthorne Stamford Bridge hotel) at £2 per hour – please ask on arrival at the Stamford Gate Security gate. Pre booking is not available. Please as for directions upon arrival.
Team Kit
Players will be provided with coloured, numbered shirts. There will be shirts for 10 players per team including the goalkeeper which will be handed out at check in. Players must bring their own socks, shorts and shin pads. Players must wear appropriate footwear for play (astro, rubber, or metal stud boots are acceptable but not trainers).
Changing Rooms
Changing facilities are onsite. We encourage players to come ready changed but there are changing rooms onsite if needed. After the matches, there will be showers and changing rooms for men and women. Players need to bring their own towel and toiletries.
Team Draw
The team draw will be done prior to the event by the Tournament Director. Please be ready pitch-side 5 minutes before each game. A copy of the draw will be handed out on the day. A final briefing on the rules/format will take place before the first games.
First Aid/Physiotherapist
First Aid assistance and a physiotherapist is available during the tournament.
Pitch Refreshments
Water is provided to all players and may be filled at water stations located on the pitch. Please bring your own water bottles. Complimentary fruit and snacks are also provided during the afternoon for players.
Spectators
*Spectators are not included in the post tournament reception and dinner.
We warmly welcome as many spectators and supporters as you would like to invite along to support you on the day, including (accompanied) children. There is no entry charge. Security wristbands will be given out to spectators. If you plan on coming to watch any portion of the tournament, please register here. On arrival please register and collect a security wristband from the 1905 Club which is located at the main entrance to the Millennium Copthorne Hotel. Snacks and refreshments can be purchased from one of the Stadium kiosks throughout the afternoon. PLEASE NOTE: SPECTATORS MAY NOT ENTER THE PITCH AT ANY TIME DURING THE TOURNAMENT.
Reception and Prize Giving Dinner
Immediately following the finals, all players should make their way from the pitch up to the Harris Suite Suite, located in the West Stand (you will be directed by staff on the day). Please do not leave your kit in the changing rooms but bring your kit with you to check into the Harris Suite Cloakroom.
Cold beers, wines, and soft drinks await you while you will have the opportunity to relax and catch up with friends and colleagues on the day’s fun. An informal seated dinner will be served followed by a short entertainment programme.
Dress Code
The prize presentation reception and dinner is informal but please come changed from your sports kit.

Publicity on the Day — Make Some Noise!
Grassroot Soccer photographers and a film crew will be covering the event on the day.
Team Photos – all teams will be offered the opportunity to have a team photo taken by our official photographer. These will be done at the side of the pitch by the Grassroot Soccer banners during play. You will be sent a copy of your team photo after the event.
Filming – you will be sent a link to the event highlights showreel after the event.
Social Media Participation – We’d love for players and spectators to take photos throughout the day and share them with Grassroot Soccer and your social media followers. To get you started, here is a message you might like to use on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook:
